Does Tesoro accept unsolicited supplier requests?

Tesoro does not accept any unsolicited proposals or requests. To register for your firm to be considered for future work with Tesoro, please refer to the Supplier Registration page.

Where do I send my invoices?

Please refer to the Contact Information or the Invoicing Methods page. Invoice addresses and fax numbers vary depending on the type of supplier. The Invoicing Methods page provides the required details.

Who do I contact with questions?

How do I update my Supplier Information?

Updates or additions to supplier information can be submitted via e-mail to MasterData@tsocorp.com or faxed to (210) 579-4575.

What is Tesoro’s supplier diversity policy?

Tesoro strives to do business with suppliers who have been classified and certified as small business enterprises and diversity businesses, including those owned and operated by people who are minorities, women, veterans, physically challenged and/or disadvantaged.

Questions related to your 1099?

Tesoro will issue IRS Form 1099-Misc to reportable suppliers each year. If you have questions concerning your 1099-Misc Form, or have not received a 1099-Misc form for goods and services sold to Tesoro, please refer to the Supplier Information Forms page for contact details and the required form to be completed.
